  • How soon after placing my order will I receive it?
    We have most of our products in stock, but we are also constantly manufacturing new stock. Orders will be dispatched 4 working days after the order is received. If embroidery service is required, it will take an additional 3 working days.
  • How do I edit my order after I have paid?
    You will not be able to edit orders after payment has been received. Please email - orders@tailorninaaprons.com for assistance.
  • Can i get a quotation first before we order?

  • What is your delivery schedule?
    We strive to keep the stock count on the website as accurate as possible, but sometimes the item you are looking for may be checked out before we can update the system. We will inform you of the delivery time and confirm if you would like to proceed with the order. If the items are in stock, delivery will take place within: Durban area: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch Other major cities: 3-4 working days Outlying areas and regions: usually 5-7 working days
  • What payment options do you offer?

  • How long does it take for an EFT payment to reflect ?
    This can reflect in our account anything from right away if its a FNB account or 3 working days.
  • When can i expect my refund?
    If your are eligible for a refund we will contact you to ask how you would like your refund. This may be a voucher, a refund to your card or an EFT payment. The timings for these are below: Voucher – 7 days Card refund – Can take up to 30 days to reflect in your account EFT refund – Can take up to 30 days to reflect in your account ** Please note that you will not be refunded for any initial delivery fees paid *We reserve the right to charge the below fees: A 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses A 15% damages fee for returned orders where product packaging has been damaged There is no refund on sales items, or embroided items .
  • How long do I have to return an order?
    If you’re not pleased with the item you ordered, for whatever reason, you have 7 days from receipt of your order to return it. You will be required to pay for the return shipping or arrange to have it delivered to us at your expense. Please note that in most cases, a full refund will only be given if the product(s) arrive at Tailor Nina offices in a resellable condition, so please ensure care is taken when repacking the products.PLease note no refund on custom made and branded items
