Shipping and Return Policy

Processing 

It takes up to 4 to 5 working days for your order to be processed and confirmed with us.

Your package then will be packaged and shipped. Ensure that the delivery details provided are the correct address.

Tailor-made items or personalized items add additional time, that will be confirmed via email. If for some reason the items are out of stock, we will contact you directly via email.

All orders to be paid in full before dispatch. 

Bulk Order (10 to 14 days)

Working days for courier service are: 

Monday to Friday 8h00 to 17h00

 

Shipping:

Standard Shipping to all main cities (3 to 4 days)

Other Outlying areas (4 to 7 days)

Bulk Order (5 to 7 days)

Returns:

Your satisfaction is important for us. We hope that you are happy with our Tailor Nina products and your experience.

In case you are not, you may return unused items within 7 days of purchase together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

15 % handling fee will be charged for apparel orders

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to Tailor Nina Aprons of all returns.  

A full refund, less the original delivery costs, or if chosen by the customer, an exchange, will be given once we have received the parcel and order is inspected. We do not offer a return or exchange on any custom or branded items.

We do not accept returns on sale items as well as custom made and  branded items
