If aprons could tell stories ?

Do you still remember your granny's apron . The main use of a mother or grandmother apron is to protect the dress underneath. It's also because aprons were easier to wash than skirts, and aprons used less material.

But with that, it acts as a rack for taking hot pot dishes out of the oven. It is great for drying children's tears, and is also sometimes used to clean dirty ears. From the hen house, aprons are used to transport eggs, hard-to-lay chicks and sometimes unhatched eggs to finish in the hearth. When it comes to work, these aprons are the perfect hiding place for shy kids… And when it's cold, she'll wrap it around her arms.

Those big old aprons wiped the sweat from their foreheads as they leaned over the hot wood stove. Chips and bread are brought to the kitchen in this apron. From the garden he carried all kinds of vegetables. After peeling the peas, he made the peas. In the fall, the apron is used to bring back the apples that have fallen from the tree.

When dinner was ready, she stepped out onto the porch, waving her apron, and the men knew it was time to go home for dinner.

Aprons has such a rich history, and been part of woman lives for so many years. But just look at how it has evolved over the years. Not its worn by so many different industries, craftsmen, hospitality and many more
