I met Julian 20 years ago, while we worked together in the beautiful seaside village of Wilderness in the Garden route, South Africa.
He spend his years working all over the country, in Food and Beverage positions as well as training. He has always had a flair for the kitchen. So it was just a matter of time before he transitioned to the heart of the house.
Pre-covid he worked as an Executive Chef for a major catering and events company.
Unfortunately due to the implications of the pandemic on the Catering and Events industry, the company had to close their doors after 50 years
Julian is a FIGHTER with a BIG HEART. Despite all the challenges he faced he never gave up.
