Thabiso is working at a beautiful game Lodge in the Limpopo area as a Sous chef. I met him 2015 when he started of as a yough trainee in my kitchen.
He is a very enthusiastic young chef, always eager to learn. He has a natural flair for pastry.
He never gave up, even when days were challenging. I have alot of respect for his dedication in the kitchen.
