I was retrenched mid 2020. It was a scary and uncertain time, as I'm sure it was for so many. A friend suggested that I offer a thai takeaway service during lockdown, which I did, and it's been amazing. The support I got was phenomenal, the first month's were crazy busy, often finishing deliveries after 7pm. From doing weekly takeaway, private chef and catering events and markets, where we sell out within 2 hours of opening, it's all been wonderful. I have some hard some days but its so rewarding."
Lotus flower has such sacred meaning in many cultures in Asia. They stand in murky dirty water but when they bloom they are just magnificent. We all have been in that dirty water before in our lives feeling overwhelmed, just remember soon it will be your turn to bloom just give it time .
